9:07 am Assembly (Grades 6,7,8)

_c. Elite Editorial Staff introduced.

10:15 Workshop:
_Elite Eleven to edit their own submissions.
12:15 Lunch
1:00-3:30pm Workshop:
_Elites edit peer submissions from their respective classrooms.
_Mr. Anthony edits teacher & administrator submissions while assisting Elites.
_Photos taken to document workshop.
Tuesday Mar 16:
9:00-3:30 Elites continue/finish editing peer submissions
1-3:30 Mr. Anthony begins the paste up process.
Wednesday Mar 17:
_Elites return to classes.
_Mr. Anthony finalizes and creates 25 books (off campus).
Thursday Mar 18:
8:15 Assembly for Grades 3,4,5
_Mr. Anthony gives multi-media presentation on the making of this book and others.

_Distribution of order forms to be collected the next day.

_25 books presented to Joe, the Elites and their Teachers.

April 15: Monterey Highlands Book Project Books shipped!
April 16: Lesson Plan Suggestion: Teachers direct students to compare original submissions to their printed versions. What did the Elite eidtors leave in, leave out, change? Why? Do the changes make the writing better?

IMPORTANT NOTES:
Workshops, Assemblies, Delivery of books are all Free.

Submit your entries by February 16th:
Elite Eleven will be Announced March 12th!
