Monterey Highlands Book Project 2010 Teacher Writing Prompts & Submissions! Use one or more of the following prompts as springboards into your thoughts. Responses may be in any form or style: poetry, prose, essay, etc. Creativity is not just welcomed, but encouraged. The more unique, the better. That said, responses may (and should be) revised several times before submitting. Each final submission must be under 250 words. Teacher Prompts:Why do you teach? What is the one thing you want your students to learn most? What advice would you give a new teacher?
