Sex, love, and prostitution
Center of the World
Review by Ross Anthony

Video-look leaves a cold placid presentation. Acting is fine to very good, actress mesmerizing, but story seems sacrificed for moments of sex that just don't have much intensity, fire, or passion. Linear, despite timeline flashback-esque disruptions.

During our particular screening a few audience members got up and walked out - might have been the explicit sex - or they might just have been bored.

The motivations and set up are very interesting, would have liked more character backstory.
