This a moving little documentary about the 1992 Olympic Lithuanian Basketball team and how its victorious bronze medal ties into the history of the world, or at least the history of the world after World War II. Fans of the sport will enjoy the candid interviews with NBA as well as Lithuanian stars of basketball. But fans of democracy and freedom will also enjoy the story of the larger triumph.
It's a warmly assembled piece of painted court and patriotism. If you love basketball, Lithuania, America, or just the "Grateful Dead," have look at this little story that impressed everyone from Bill Walton to Jerry Garcia.
