They can dive to 1000 feet, then breaking over the water, arc into a powerful crash, reproduced here with wonderful bass thunder - imagine the sound of vast chunks of glacier tumbling to the sea. I also enjoyed the feeding circles. It's quite a feat to do and to witness, not to mention capture on film a group of eight or so humpbacks crowded together and breaching open-jawed, nose-first all at the same time - what a spectacle!
These magnificent moments breach the surface of an otherwise fair production. You'll be treated to underwater swims with these interesting mammals, you'll learn a bit about them, and you'll be encouraged to change your behavior a bit as not to present danger to them. IE: don't use the ocean as a garbage dump. They didn't specifically mention it, but using less plastic would also help.
